me and roundie met up with will,adam,jay(irideabike)and gaz(burton uk) for a days xc at llandegla.the weather was surprising kind to us,a bit cool in the car park with ominous rain clouds when we set off but it kept fine for us.anyone who`s ridden degla will know the biatch of a 3.5 mile climb from the car park,well this merry band did it TWICE  . first time was the initial climb for us to do the red/black. after stopping at the café at the end of the first lap for burger n chips,bacon n egg n sausage sarnie or in adams case a slice of cheese on toast (yeah really,cheese on toast  ) we set off again and did the mofo of a climb so we could come back down the blue,twas a bugger to drag up there again but worth it for the ride back down again. all in all a cracking days ride,plenty of banter (or piss taking as I prefer to call it) and 21 miles covered.really pleased with my personal performance after my long lay off and loving the 1x10 set up. good to meet will again and jay,adam and gaz for the first time,a good bunch of guys

How long was i asleep for ? and did someone shave my head while I was sleeping because I'm sure I wasn't that bald when I left home. I'm off to check if I still have 2 eyebrows.

I had kind of an off, if you count me, not being able to unclip, cause the spds were shit up! But it's always nice to get round, have a laugh and joke.. And everyone gets round safely... That poor bloke we past looked worse for wear!...
