I wonder what illness Zulu will have for this one? Lmao you no he can't get a pass out he's that much under the thumb I think he is allowed to play out at weekends but he has to be home for 2pm.. He'll get grounded else. |

Stick with it though ..you will get much more out of your pedal stroke ( although I have nothing to base that on as most of the people I ride with are a lot quicker on the climbs than me! ) |

I`ve done 2 short rides in the past with shimano shoes that were too small and uncaged spd pedals.i didn`t have any real dramas but I want to try them properly again.got some five ten hellcats to go with some better pedals so I`m hoping I get along with them.

Me and lee the son in law had just finished our ride for 11-00 so we held our own 2 minutes silence stood at the side of the car. massive respect to the fallen,the wounded and all those affected by mans foolishness. |
