something steady not that there is steady up there lol not fussed about the broken road I hate that bloody climb... we will do a steady 20 miles or something mate unless you fancy that ride you did up that way the other week ?

As strange as it sounds I'm having a bit of trouble with my left Elbow, after chipping a bone a while back. A lot of climbing really hurts!... As I pull on the bars a lot, struggled at Degla, I'm usually okish up hills... :s
