I've got the next 2 days off (joys of retail work), one day to build, the other to ride.
Talking of which, if anyone has any decent suggestions to give the bike a shake down, I'd appreciate them! Usual haunts are Haldon Forest (Exeter) or Ashton Court/Leigh Woods (Bristol).

Today, my mate who works there said the frame deliveries are usually in by the morning.. but it's still not arrived, the traffic around these parts is fucking awful, so it's probably stuck in a van in traffic.
Was hoping to have it built and have a quick smash on the local trails though! Been itching to ride!

Coming towards 2 months now. Simple issue I have here is that I was told it would be a 2 week wait, turns out after 2 weeks they hadn't even shipped it, 4 weeks after order date it was shipped. Now it's taken 2 more weeks to get to the UK, and now should have been delivered today, which is hasn't.

Really hoping it arrives tomorrow :/ otherwise it'll be after Xmas and well, I have no time to even get close to the bike shop to get it until the New Year.

Wish I bloody had, might start putting money on the horses.
Anyway, if it's not here tomorrow I'll be cancelling the order, picking up all the smaller little bits I bought (stem/grips/saddle etc) and getting something from CRC in the January sales.

Nelly, that's EXACTLY the predicament I face right now, cancel the order and get something else and be happy with it for a few weeks but then be a little disappointed it's not the Warden :/
