Great day out. ...misty and wet ..but that only added to the fun...some new / replacement sections which I hadn't done before on the black route..and some new trail being built too at the end of the section with the rooty climb by the wall ( sorry..not too familiar with the section names )
Really enjoyed Transmission..apart from the climb to get there and also section 13 which we just had to do twice . The place seems to be thriving..and in many respects is leaving Kielder in its wake ..not really surprising as it is a lot closer to the major towns and cities in the North East
..and just over an hour for me to get there down the A68..with the speedo needle being a little over the other side of legal ...

And Graham took the honours on the "Man-up" award..this pic not doing justice to the fact that his elbow was swollen to twice its size and the fact that when he took his jacket off a pool of blood dripped out ..this after an OTB very early in the ride ..but although he knew there was something wrong ..he didn't check it until the end
