well got 3 days of work,bloody woke up this morning with a sore throat, so went for a ride made 20 kms but was fooked, snot every were sneezing coughing, what a bugger so no ride ing till weekend, at least oh well she will be happy as i can spent more time in house

Time of year mate - every bugger in my house is snuffling and sneezing. Even the fecking dog.

Its the bug season, ive picked up a nasty stomach one thats ruined my backside not much you can do but keep warm an avoid em.

fed up and pissed off. but will go out tomorow. and do 20 kms but find a flater route as hills make me ceck me guts up at the moment
