Give it 6 months and cassettes will be a lot cheaper than they are now People said 10 gears were pointless when it was all 9spd 1x10 was a fad 18 months a go and a lot of people on this forum that said how shit and pointless it was are now running single rings |

I think the price will eventually come down. A Sram X9 type 2 mech was like £90 when it first come out. theyre £50ish now
