Got my mum to drop me off at my local DH trails at 8:30am this morning (pissing down with rain) and decided to make my own video with my iphone and a little tripod i have. aswell it was all edited on my iphone with imovie which is quite handy. I ended up being out for 5 and a half hours as i also rode home (35km) in the pouring rain. here it is: www.pinkbike.com/video/387583/ |

Great video. How did you battery last that long?
Is that leckhampton in Cheltenham? Looks like it but last time I rode there was 20 years ago before there were any trails. I used to go to uni there and it's where I got my first MTB, happy memories.

yeah its leckhampton in cheltenham!! its pretty sick now as there are lines cut in all sides of the hill with some bloody big jumps and gaps now.... it also rides pretty decent in the winter (if you dont mind getting abit wet) haha i only used up about 50% battery filming this in about 2 hours somehow

First half was abit boring no offence but the second half was alot better, got myself pumped to go riding
I know how hard it is to make videos now i have the GoPro. What feels like total awesomeness when riding looks shite when you get home and its very annoying. Jumps and the gradient always seem to be smaller / flatter on videos aswell... Not bad for an iPhone edit, surprised it lasted that long!

i thought that was the brakes making that orible row not music, lol good vid though, was it a pain in the ass to keep stopping and setting camera up as this would anoy the shit out of me. |
