Think I'll build a single speed for short blasts over the winter. Probably buy an On One Inbred frame (when back in stock) unless anyone has a better idea. I have some wheels with a 10 speed hub but when looking at the conversion kits they all seem to to say for 8/9 speed hubs - am I missing something here ? Any recommendations as to what kit to buy ? Also need some rigid forks, again any recommendations ? Only looking to spend a few hundred quid in total given what it will be used for, so don't recommend anything to expensive.

I think you can pretty much pick up everything you need, at On-one .... Loads of Inbreds on Ebay...

Like the looks of the On One carbon forks but more than I want to pay. The bike will used in the evenings on 8/10 mile loop of cycle path so not worth spending too much on it.
