I've got a bit of a gym set up in the man cave - think I'll be giving that a bit of a goo. It's not so much riding in this shitty weather, it's the clean up of bike and rider after that wears me down.

after 3 weeks I feel good, look a bit better and decide I can't be arsed any more

Good link, cheers Euan will have to give this a go. I also need to stop being lazy like I have been the last month or so, severely lacking motivation at the minute

You're lucky. I've only got to look at a pint of ale to go up a waist size.

It's worth doing the work. Best cheap option is a set of resistance bands and maybe a pull up bar. If you can combine them then there's loads of resistance. Add them to a normal press up and things like that.

I'm gonna do Insanity for the second time. I got ridiculous gains in fitness the first time. Probably won't be as extreme this time round but definitely worth doing for me

Wtf,you've been running 100's of miles the last couple of months Lol, must have only been out running 2-3 times since mid October. I blame the weather for the lack of motivation, winter is a pain in the arse

I'll often do squat training as it comes in useful for the bike and my Rugby.. At the minute can't seem to shake an elbow injury off
