Favorite ride this year will hopefully be tomorrows, it really won't be a long one but I'm hoping to start about 6:30am, pedal to the top of the range of hills and set up the tripod and with any luck, get a timelapse of the sunrise.

I love my saints, took the spacers out of the pedals and they grip like shit to a blanket.

Welcome dude, quite a few of the members here are Cannock locals, so no doubt you've seen them a couple of times. Only been once myself but loved every second of it.

The VAT charge can go and suck a giant phallic implement tbh. Typer, I'm unsure what to make of that frame.. it looks very much a home made bike, which is in no way a bad thing, it just looks like it's lacking refinement.

Nothing listed on build sites Aside from what you see in the reciept I'm using: Marzocchi 350CR 160mm forks SRAM X9 shifter and rear derailleur Hope E4 brakes front and rear Easton Havoc 780mm bars - green Shimano Icetech 203mm rotors Hope Pro II Evo hub/Mavic 319 wheelset Raceface Evolve crackset with 30t N/W chainring. Nobby Nic tyres - hopefully get something different on there though. Whichever saddle I look the look of come build day. I think that covers pretty mucg everything

MCFC was a gay name, football disappoints me absolutely agree with that. I used to follow sheff utd. when I was younger, home and away and in the lowest division. I eventually saw the light when they were in the higher divisions, coming away from every game thinking, "what a load of crap" "what a waste of time and money" iv since provided myself with my own entertainment in my leisure time with this wonderful and fulfilling pastime we share amongst other things..............too many overpaid tossers in football now. rant over I started to enjoy watching football a long time ago. I then discovered masturbation and realised that was a far better use of my time.

It had better be! They had a Chilcotin up on the work stand there, that was lovely. The 2 and a half could have bought me another complete bike.. but this will be all mine With my own blood sweat, and no doubt tears, in it. If people are interested I'll put up a build log when the frame arrives. I'll set the GoPro to Time Lapse and do that

Store I bought if from are happy for me to build it in their workshop as well, so I won't have to spend a fortune on tools for the headset/bb and the like. Seriously great little store they've got going!

Back to the topic in hand I have decided to get a 2014 mega comp, put Saint brakes on it, reverb stealth, 1x10 with top guide and save myself a grand, for the same bike minus an 11th gear and colour scheme That grand is 5 full days tattooing! Please get the yellow frame! Seriously think they look the best! Not lanky, just proper man sized I'm 6 ft5, that's proper man size *cough* you what 6'6"

I like the fact there's a lot of 6'+ guys on this forum. I don't feel like such an anomaly now..

My first was the 661 but i bust the visor in a little spill so i replaced it with one of these.definitely more substantial than the 661 and a real comfy fit too.a tad heavier that the 661 but far better looking i reckon. www.chainreactioncycles.com/s?q=fly+helmetThey're the same as the IXS Metis helmets, I get the feeling the manufacturer for IXS also supplies Fly, good solid helmets.

I went with an IXS Metis Moss, it's quite a bit chunkier and a bit heavier than the 661 Comp helmet but it keeps my face pretty, so I can't argue with it there.

To be fair, when I've bought things before I've often done it via bank transfer, although it's usually for items I've posted or had posted so they've not been shipped until the funds have cleared.
I'd push for the cash and then double count it.

6'6" here, standard bars on the bike. I do get almost debilitating back pain sometimes, sadly there's not much i can do about it, just have to power through.
