Yeeeeeah, baaaaaby. Gonna tootle round Das Monkey tomorrow a couple of times! Wanna build me legs up a touch! As a matter of fact, I may push my bike round and carry it in places. All good practice  I'm going to start carrying my bike everywhere just to get used to it, that way it won't get muddy either  |

I've done the Snowden International fell race. It starts from the playing field in Lanberis to the summit and back down.
I did 57 minutes up and about 28 down.
That was about 10 years ago though when I was a bit fitter.
IIRC the winner did up and down in about an hour!

You haven't seen the pink club shirt I'll be wearing yet, I think I've got gayest sewn up. Good game today btw, really enjoyed it despite going out of the cup. Even game, full house, good atmos. Good luck in the next round. Hope you get vile and knock them out. |

Right guys sad days are here for me but good days here for one of you lot .
as I have not been out since well before Christmas and dosnt look like I'll be out for another 3-4 weeks due to work and other commitments I wish to pull out of this trip . My deposit is paid so if you want a place in the barn just pay the balance and enjoy .
i hope you guys have a blast I will be sorry I'm not they're but I just can't get out to train for it and am no were near fit enough to do the trip as I am ..

Bob, don't give up yet mate - there is loads of time. You don't have to do bike training - just get down the gym, jog a bit at night. It would be a real shame if you don't come mukka. I'm nowhere near ready for this, I'm still going though, if I have to give it neck on the way up I will and I won't feel shamed either, you can only do what you can do. Life isn't a competition, you've still got to live it even if you can't win every race. |
