Looking at maps and shit, Penmachno is about 30 miles from the barn and CyB is just down the road... So, we have plenty of options!
Maybe it would be best to all meet up at the barn (if that's where we stay) for a piss and some scoff and a brew then, make our way to Penmachno?

Could someone give me a run down of the plan? I don't fancy reading 7 pages of thread to finds out what's going on..
If it's a forum meet, this is far enough in advance for me to actually get the time off to make it!

The plan is to get to Wales on the 25th and ride Penmachno, stay overnight and go up Snowdon on the 26th and then make our way home!

Ok chaps, I've heard back from the folk at the barn. Here are the highlights 1 - Barn is available for the 25th April 2 - We get exclusive use of the barn if 6 people are staying (must pay for at least 6 on booking) 3 - There is a stone building with a coded lock for bike storage 4 - The price is £12 per person, per night 5 - Upto a maximum of 10 people can stay at the barn 6 - Although we have to pay for at least 6 on booking (to get exclusive use of barn) anybody who isn't sure if they can make it or not can arrive on the day and pay then 7 - Some facilities are provided but we need to take sleeping bag, pillows (i think) and towels It may be worth noting that the owners of the barn accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of/to any bike. They also suggest taking your own locks. The only problem we have is getting 6 people to pay up. I'm guessing the easiest way would be for everybody to give their money to one person and then they book and pay for the barn..

Good work young un! When do you want my money? I'll pass mine on to zulu now. I'm doing the graft then am I? If I'm in the hot-seat and booking/paying for the barn, I have a suggestion. If Munky gives his money to Zupoo, I can get that anytime really as he's just down the road. Anybody else that I don't see very often... Would you be happy to send me the money via Paypal gift, I'm good for it (or you pay extra for charges)? As soon as I have the money for 5 people (me being the 6th) I'll phone them and book the barn. The remaining 4 places can be paid for on arrival!

Insulted and STILL 2 quid short - that's what I get from trusting a tech

If you're both happy to send me the money, I'll PM you my e-mail? I'll be getting Zulu and Munky's money in the next couple of days. They're paying me cash and I just have to pop to Zulu's gaff to collect it. So, that'll be 5 confirmed and payed up then
