Try and enter my first race and not come dead last. Stop spending so much on the bike and be happy with it where it is (saying that, I do like the look of the new DVO forks) Increase fitness and build mass so I'm 15st 10lb (100kg). Get myself to Morzine for the summer.

1. Try and get rid of a long lingering cold once and for all. 2. get out on more night rides as its the only way of realistically getting in 2 or more rides a week. (Currently seeing more of my exercise bike than I am of the real ones). 3. Stop eating the numerous chocolates that are being constantly left around the office and cut my weight back down (seems to be a common theme maybe we should have a weight loss thread or all join Weightwatchers). 4. Branch out and visit more trail centres and natural trails and at the same time hopefully meet some peeps off here. 5. Improve my fitness high intensity wise ready for the Ard rock endure and hopefully a couple of PBMA ones at Gisburn and Lee quarry (march/June). 6. Commit to train up and complete the MTL challenge in September (no crying off this time).
Oh, stop looking at bikes and gear and stick with what Ive got until things need properly replacing rather than upgrading.

If I lost 4 stone I would look like I had aids.

A few new bikes, few trips to Wales, and finally persuade Ergaz away from Ergo grips!. And my 2015 will be complete!..

After the last 2 year's I would like not to have to visit a hospital for treatment on myself. Not asking for much. Usual stuff about getting fitter and may be doing the tour de Ben. Watch this space.

I'll go against the trend and say I'd like to put weight on... to be fair putting on healthy weight is a lot harder than loosing weight and its more expensive, got to eat loads of the right food and normally add in some extra supplements plus work out loads

Basic bmi charts are bullshit and the weighing scales that recon to read it for you. bmi calipers are still the best cheap way

I'll go against the trend and say I'd like to put weight on... Dead easy ...pack the fags in ! I used to eat the bloody things ..packed in 11 years ago at my sons christening ( being an older dad I decided I wanted to be around a lot longer to see him grow up !) ..just handed my packet over the bar at the pub where we were celebrating ..and haven't had one since .. You will inevitably eat more and the weight will pile on ....i gained 2 stone plus over this period ..even though I am currently more active than I was then ..I haven't nudged over the 15 stone mark ever ..but have been mighty close !
