Also - I don't actually know what a tyre boot is.   Should you get a tyre blow-out ...it sits between the tube and the tyre where it has split ..to stop the tyre from bulging out ( and puncturing ) Bit of old toothpaste tube or tube will do it  just to get you off the hill .. |

Yeah but who cleans their teeth in the middle of a ride .. I have also heard of people using credit cards ... For what they cost though you might as well have the right tool for the job |

I would mate but me and you just ride at different times, I can't really do afternoons - I have to go out first thing or not at all - cheers anyway. She works mornings atm so is back for one-ish, where I usually have things 'to do' |

Yeah I went but it was only half a ride, spent all morning on the phone to Rose and so was short on time. Bit muddy but not terrible.
You'll have to shout up when you are available for a morning. Right now I'm trying to build fitness back up for Snowdon so will be doing a lot of boring S/S slogs on the Blue.
Edit: what's up with the ribs?
