if I lived in roojelly I`d be over the chase at every opportunity,on piste,off piste,wet,dry,hard,soft,dusty,frozen,day,night...you get the idea 
might see if matt fancies wharny/greno xc in the morning. Where is the wharny xc? Any good, I've only ever done the DH runs like fast track etc Iv got a gpx of a xc route for wharny. but its not a winter ride, it needs to be dry. its only about 12 miles if I remember but you know you.ve been on a ride after it. i.ll see if I can upload to gpsies and post up the link when I get chance. it does include a bit of the downhill sections but its all rollable for us mortals. |

dint take long. when we do wharny we park on cross house road at grenoside rather than the car park.

After a little chat with sarky Mtb ride postponed till tomorrow ... It looks s..t out side weather looking better for tomorrow's ride .. so mite have to take the other bike out for a spin , stil need 2000ft of climbing to get my strava badge lmao .. I know sorry im a twat for strava hunting , challange thing  Just gave me some motivation to get out on the bikes in January with all the crap weather ... We've had ..  Never really bothered with Strava but wouldn't have been out half as much if I hadn't signed up to the climbing challenge. Did my last 1500 feet in a blizzard on Wednesday night. It's a lot tougher than I though it was going to be. Good luck with your last 2000 ft  gary niblett,athlete. I never thought I`d see those words in the same sentence

Where is everyone riding this weekend? I'm taking the GoPro down to Wharncliffe Sunday morning, its going to be a very wet, muddy, snowy shitty session and I cant wait. Although I hope it doesn't ruin the nice pink bits I have on my bike, that will not be cool did you come over dan? we were down for about 9am and got back to the car about 12ish.we rode in wet snow,frozen snow,mud,shit etc.hard work in places but still good to be out. |

Yeah about half 9 till 1ish, was mad how different the conditions were, some tracks were dryer than I have ever ridden them and others were sloppy as hell. Was easier earlier on in the day, by the time we moved over to Greno at about 12ish the grippy cruncy ice was just a greasy muddy lube |
