 Andy just dropping down a little trail ..   Funny how the hills never look steep or rocky on pics  Loved coming down there even if one legs was flapping about in the air at one point lol didn't dab   Sarky was getting some stick of us at this point plus some old lady pointed out to him about his inappropriate foot wear lmao  Andy pointing out to Adam about his foot wear lol  Watch out this man is crazy and will take you down trails you will have nightmares about Brill ride mate  |

my ankles are marked to hell... and ache!!! what a stupid idea to wear them!!! im going to buy the most expensive MTB SPD's money can buy as punishment!!! that last climb i physically didnt have any grip!!! and its the first ever time ive felt safer on a bike!!!

Thanks glynn brilliant day , Great trails some comedy mowments on the last descent .. Some brill Rock descents some evil climbs And great banter Looking forward to the next one Was sorry to see man bail , but it's an evil route with lots of climbs me and will did a simler route last year, and it about killed me .. This year with a bit more fitness was so much more fun |

Amazing luck with the weather! It was so bad here I didn't even manage a run round Cannock! Pissed down non stop really heavy til mid day, was thinking about you lot and wondering how you were getting on, needn't have worried it looks like.

It was great to meet up, although briefly. Sorry i had to bail on you guys but if I hadn't I would probably still be going round! I was seriously blowing out of my arse after that first climb. I need to put some serious hours in on the bike between now and Snowden.

Jan, don't worry mate. We are all at different levels fitness wise and I know for a fact (despite Ergaz's bullshitting ) that the lads you were out with are all machines...way above my level. I'm still doing Snowdon and if me and you take longer than the rest, then so what? as long as we do it, that's all that matters. As far as I am aware Snowdon ain't a race - and if it was, I still don't give a fuck!  it is what it is and I'm not going to ruin a great weekend by fretting about how fit I am or not. If I need more stops, I'll take em! We'll be tail end Charlies that weekend - bring it on! |
