Just got back from a tem mile fast run. Then a session in 'spoons to dull the leg ache. Can't wait till tomorrow! Bikes in car. Keerist on a bike, here's me riding with these human combustion engines. I'm going to be seeing a lot of everyone's back wheels today - just hope I can finish the ride. |

We had a fantastic time. As usual loads of laughs, classic peaks climbs and descents in great conditions.
The weather was perfect and scenery was stunning.
When the experts post the photos there will be a lot of wailing and gnashing of jealous teeth.

Not got time to post many pics up off out .... Great day brill days ridng I'm sure glynn was trying to kill me and Pez on some of them descents the last one was awesome .. Was well chuffed to get down the beast with out dabbing  Just before the off  I promise Pez is not having a pee  How am I meant to keep up with them pair of mountain goats .. Jay and Andy  Pez and glynn Pez did brill today  Ste taking a min  Grub time half way up our 2nd climb on the old roman road ...  Guys the idea here is ya not meant to dab ...  Funny the cam comes out and they all jump on there bikes ...lol  Ste and Pez still smiling  That's about my lot sorry no action pics was having for tomuch fun on the descents ... Gaz |

Great pics mate. I am totally shattered, kudos for Ste and Jay for going on nights after that. The toughest, but the most enjoyable, 17 miles I have ever done on a bike.
