Great stuff Jay - I was properly dying in a couple of those pictures on the climbs - the one where I am standing up the wall trying not to be sick  - but that telegraph descent made up for it all - fantastic. The views and the laughs will live with me a long time after I have hung up me knee pads. PS my little dismount on the first part of the telegraph where I tried to do a handstand with no hands has left me with a low grade whiplash, can barely turn my head - it was bloody brilliant!!  |

I've got to ride that Telegraph again - best thing I've done on a bike and this time hopefully stay on all the way to the bottom. That scenery...wow.

It was a good ride made even better by the gorgeous weather. I said to Gaz earlier that I'd love to do a similar route but maybe a bit longer when we're all available and not constricted by time! I coped (just) with the downs yesterday but the ups I was a serious weak link and I don't like that, hurts my pride a bit. Got to hit the trails a bit more and sharpen my lifestyle up a bit. |
