Gaz what days can you do next week or the week after, i have 2 days off each week so tend to work around some jobs but mainly the weather and how tired my legs are.
If glynns off the next week and the weathers good for next Friday I might suggest we do an hebden bridge loop instead and the three of us go to Irvington midweek the following week.
How does that work for you Glynn?

Got the bpwales ride on the 16th mate then got the restive the week free was hopping to catch up with Glynn that week for a peaks ride but if you've got something good don't mind traveling if Glynns up for it and. See if we can get Andy Watson out again normal working week for me Monday to Friday I'm afraid  But if I'm off I do like the chance to catch up with Glynn |

If it's okay then Glynn and Gaz wants to try rivington the following week then we can head for Hebden Bridge next Friday. I normally start from the burnley side so you finish with a long down hill section back to the car but the same can be done from Hebden bridge centre it will just start with a long boring climb but at least it gets it out of the way.
I'll make it an cx loop with some very good down hill bits Glynn there will be a fair few nasty climbs but I know you do to mind them. We will just have to avoid certain parts if it's been a wet week but there's plenty of hard pack sections, cobbles, slabs etc which are all even more fun when wet.
roundie can you make it or anybody else?
I'll get a link to a good place to park but basically it's a left turn after the co op heading from the centre of the town towards todmorden, then just park on the hill after the double yellows.

Can do the originally planned Rivington ride any day Tuesday to Thursday the following week eg 17th to 19th if gaz and Glynn can agree a date I will stick it up for others to join.

I prefer wed or Thursday, if it's the three of us and we can make any of those then we could just wait until the Monday before and pick the day with the least rain and wind, it's okay there in the rain but of course more pleasant without it.
Can Zulu or beans make it up with you Gaz, I'm sure they'll enjoy the area for a bit of a change.

I'd love to Neil, it's that '5 hours up the road' bit..  I would say shame you ain't a bit closer but then, you wouldn't have the stunning scenery around you if you did. I will get up there at some point Neil, but it'll be next summer now. Winter I'll be staying close to home - single speeding the fat away hopefully. |

Sadly Kirky, Fridays are included as 'the weekend' so local only for me Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs are my 'ride anywhere, all day' days - work allowing, obvs. |

That's a long weekend. When does your 15 off spell end?
I will probably have a day off next week if you fancy a trip up, I'll do rivi on Tuesday or Wednesday and Calderdale with Glynn on Friday and then rivi again the following mid week with gaz and Glynn.
I'm fitting my working days around my riding days as long as I can get away with it.
