Hi peeps
right chaps looking at doing jaccobs ladder with cavedale chucked in as well just to make it that bit harder  be looking at 25 miles + on this route expect lots of climbing . bring lots of food and fluids
looking at doing a loop round the peaks probs about 20/25 miles 3000ft climbing ..
will post a route up later
will be meeting at Eccles close hope at 9.30 start riding no later than 9.45

My mrs is working this weekend so I may get to ride but one of my group will have stabilisers and the other crys when she has to go up hill.

I have sympathy ..I also cry when I come to a hill ..and stamp my feet as well ..but the bully's in our group still make me ride up them ...

good jacobs route that gaz,it misses out coldwell clough which has become a crap climb since the baby-head size rocks were put down. are you doing cavedale?

That looks a great route ..tough too .
I've been on 75% of those trails as parts of other routes but haven't done it that way before!
Cavedale....that's a suicide mission only few survive !

Too late seen it. Watched youu tube as well and that bit going down doesn't worry me. Of the US riding like. I am looking forward to and hating this in equal measure. Kits in washing machine, bike is going to be cleaned and lubed shortly and car will be packed tonight for early start.

Also would love to attend and I'm well jelly.
I thought I had a chance when my parents agreed to baby sit on Sunday but they couldn't manage the sleepover part as they're going out for a meal with friends.
So I'll take them up on the offer for a few hours in the afternoon and a quick and maybe final blast around lee and cragg quarries instead.
Next time maybe.
