After breaking my derailleur on sat, getting stood up by the husband on a bike ride yesterday, i managed to out today and face planted on a section I've ridden loads and loads of times. Not happy and very sore!!!  |

Ouch - hope it feels better soon.
As a qualified First Aider I think Wine should do the trick!
I wish I had a cool mom to take me to degla........
But she's nearly 70 and can't ride a bike.......

I hope your daughter doesn't know about the Degla milkshakes.. If she does know about them, It'll make not going a hell of a lot harder to swallow!

I don't think I've ever been on a bike ride that would burn that many calories!!! Did you eat all that?  If so how are you not 20 stone? She's up and yeah I'm in trouble |

I had a panic attack when I found out how many calories were in the strawberry smore I had at costa. She doesn't play pokemon, youngest son does and the brother in law but she doesnt. She has her head stuck in a book most of the time. |
