More like having a rummage with your bag!
Jesus I didn't realise I was so damn grey.
Nice pics g and Glynn. It must have taken you a lot of narrowing down g to pick the best 10 pictures of your bike from hundreds that you took.
How did the mini clips turn out of that slab action?
That sharp little climb up the tarn climb looks nearly as steep as it felt.

Is this a long term problem ..or something that just happened while you were out ? I caused myself some problems on the rocky drop out of Grizedale ( Devils Gallop?) ..where the palms of my hands were in agony when reaching the road at the bottom Upon closer inspection it transpired that having locked out both fork & and shock for the preceding climb ..I hadn't unlocked them ..so tackled one of the most technical drops of the day fully rigid ! Just shows how much we rely on these things to smooth things out ..and I was wondering why I was bouncing rock to rock like a kangaroo on acid! I still have a dull ache in both palms ..won't make that mistake again ..

Tbh hodgy I'm not too sure what's going on with it, it's a relatively recent ailment, constant numbness is my thumb, index and middle finger, from what I've researched it's looking like carpal tunnel syndrome possibly brought on by my job, I do quite a lot of digging and this can cause it. Trying to rest it as much as possible but it's not easy, worst case is surgery but fingers crossed it won't get that bad.

Hope not Roundie ..but your symptoms from what I have read ( I'm no doctor )sound exactly how carpal syndrome is described ..sometimes though maybe it's better to bite the bullet if surgery leads to a lasting cure rather than suffer for a longer period ..but I suppose it can depend on recovery periods too especially where work & potential loss of earnings are concerned. Hope it mends itself ...and don't cross your fingers as that won't help !
