That looks really good so far - look forward to seeing it finished. I'm aiming to build one based around the 456 evo carbon, when funds allow.

Cheers its coming along nicely, in an ideal world the green details could do with matching better but then I remind myself I'm trying to use up old spare parts that were lying around and struggling to sell. So far the only things I've ordered are new XT crankset (£95 sold the chain rings for £25), gear cables, had to replace my XO derrailuer with and X9 as the cage couldn't stretch to my hope sprocket, ooh and some bargain brand new Guide brakes that I managed to bag for £110 for the set.
So looking at replicating a £1500/1700 build for around £800 outlay which the sale of my Whyte more than covered.
