You kept riding off too quick!!! If you'd slowed down we might've got you in the few seconds before the lenses got shit up.

Haven't had chance to look at the footage yet - what about yours Munky?
Got to clean me gear first. I know what this sounds like, but I woke up with a sore throat and feeling shit this morning, maybe explains why I had such a hard time on the climbing - having said that, I was never going to keep up with you lot and the late, late breakfast didn't help, always felt like we were racing the darkness coming on rather than stopping and enjoying the views now and again. Next time it's breakfast on the way down and a good early start so it can be a bit more relaxed in between climbs - though if it's summer the light won't be a problem.

Not looked at mine yet 'cos I'm at work. Will look later. Don't expect much cos of all the mud though. I got in, stuck me bike in the lounge, threw my clothes on the kitchen floor and collapsed on the sofa. As far as I'm aware the bikes still dirty, the clothes are still on the floor and my soul is still on the sofa. I'm never gonna get out the house before 6 so an earlier start ain't happening. Breakfast on the way would be better though, we did hang around a bit waiting for the cafe.

No, I meant breakfast on the way down so that we ain't got to hang around for the bloody caff to open at 10! we were still eating at half past - bet we didn't start riding till 11...summer would be better overall as you have more daylight to play with - quite important with a fat, old bloke dying at the back!

You don't like hills do you mate i would say take up in door cycling but there's a little hill on that got to got to say I think I would struggle on that route you did mate , plus if ya riding with that pair of rocket ships up hill I bet you spent a fair bit on ya own ?

Spent 90% of the ride on my own and no, climbing bores the feck out of me. As for training for it, feck that, did enough of that shit when I played football. I just ride for fun mate, if I can't make the climb or finish the trail then it's tough titty.. It's all about enjoying it for me.

Afan conditions..... most of the crap was blown off too by being on the roof of iRide's motor for 3 hours! So not only were you on your own for 90% of the ride ...but he strapped you to the roof of the car with your bike on the way back ...some mates you have got !....

He was like a dog on the way.. Head out window, tongue out, slobber all over the place so, stuck him on the roof on the way back!
Plus, he wanted to make sure his bike didn't fall off!
