Looks ace! It's a little further north of Alnwick ..we started the ride at Chillingham Castle ...which is closer to Wooler...the only village we touched was Belford which is not too far away from Bamburgh and Holy Island on the Northumberland Coast ...as previously mentioned on another thread this was probably 75-80% exploratory on tracks neither of us had been on before...it turned out quite well !

My ex birds mam lived in Morpeth and I fell in love with the place. Proper nice quaint little town. There are a couple of reasons. Now n then, I get a fully expenses paid trip up to Newcsatle with work.. The other reason is that I have a few friends in Morpeth, Ashington and Blyth. I love going up there! It's almost a completely different culture to down here..

Ha ha, I've heard of it's reputation! There's a nice fish & chip shop right on the sea front that does all kinds of different flavoured ice cream too. My boy loves it. We'll often head off toward Whitley Bay too to a little playground and then play on the beach. There's a pub just across the road called The Astley Arms (I think). Been to Asda too haha
