Positive thinking and you'll be fine, don't ride into anything thinking ooh wish I wasn't clipped in, that's when things tend to go wrong! Have fun!

Ha,I've had second thoughts and decided to stick to flats till I've done my local ride clipped in and see how I get along on familiar territory.

Yeah Paul, I'd try them a bit at the time... You'll end up forgetting, or being unable to unclip... And look a rate bell-end!...

Pleased I have persevered with flats and am now comfortable with them to the point that I did the cheekies in flats on Sunday and the dog clipped in to my S/S on Friday. Yes I am now equally shit in either Stick at it, I think it's good to comfortable in both.

The Mooves are great mate, still on the Chief. I realised the problem was me, not the kit. I haven't slipped off the pedals in ages now, just my technique needed improving. I honestly like both styles as much as each other, both have different advantages and otherwise.

its better to have it and not need it than t`other way round Glad I'm not the only one that says this. when I used to work away I had food and water for approx 3 days just in case I broke down in the middle of nowhere, used to get the piss ripped out of me for that.
