Really chuffed for you ..irrespective of wether you could do the job yourself ..best that they do the work for you ..so if anything related goes wrong in future you can point the finger back at them ...after all what's another two weeks out of your life ? Working for Nestle ...did you ever come across a bloke called Eric Goodfellow ..he was one of the directors for an engineering firm who did a bit of maintenance work at Longbenton ? I've always loved that place name .. it was named after what resides inside my shreddies ! Lol Hahahahaha.. You actually made me laugh then. You daft old goat! It's Motozulu who works for Nestle.. I work at the Cannock branch of NASA. I never knew thst NASA were involved in the transportation of marmite

Nuke proof are spot on with their warranties like
Mate got a new frame cos he cracked his. They replaced the forks and wheels for 650b equivalent and let him keep his original pikes and crossmax wheels to sell.

Well done the NP folks.

Good luck anyway (again) this is gripping - better than netflix. We ALL deserve a go on it after all this, the whole board is stressed out waiting to hear the outcome and see the bike finally built. You'll have to hold a demo day at Swinno's where we can all turn up and take it for a blast around the Dog. Coffees on you too. Least you can do, if you ask me, after all you're putting us through.

You not got this sorted yet? Dragging on a bit My mate got his new nomad on Friday, on Saturday he realised that the top coat was slightly chipped around the lower headset cup, possibly done on fitting the headset cup, so minimal that you would never notice it On the Monday Leisure Lakes were notified that he wasn’t happy (they fitted the headset), they notified jungle (distributor for UK) and they notified Santa Cruz in the US. By lunchtime Wednesday, Santa Cruz had offered to replace the frame and to cover the 8 week lead time thay have let him keep and use the bike he has until the new one arrives, and when it does give the chipped frame back to leisure lakes for them to keep as a demo bike Possibly the best customer service I've ever heard off especially as the US were just getting to work when we were finishing so each response effectively took 24 hours

The frame and BB were collected yesterday. Hotlines say early next week for a resolution! I'm still kinda hopeful of taking the Mega to Whinlatter for it's first ride. It'll almost certainly be done for FoD on the 7th

That's why you pay £5,000 for a £3,500 bike though. Swings and roundabouts.
