haha no it wont really be 40 miles but it might feel like it.  and iv had a word with PDNPA and seeing as tho the weather forecast has changed since a few days ago iv ordered a nice day for Friday. |

I did 37 miles in the peaks yesterday on my fatty in the pouring rain, piece of piss route... Hadfield Start Longdendale trail Woodhead summit Langsett Cutgate Cranberry clough Upper derwent Ladybower Hagg side Rowlee farm Doctors gate Hadfield finish 5hrs in the saddle, 3800ft ascent. Doctors gate is horrific, that alone took me nearly an hour for the 3 miles |

It's a 2 hour drive from mine and I have to be around till my kids go to school so should be able to make it there by 10.30am.
