Oh and I would normally say that we are all from the UK however with marmite spreading the word on FB I'm not so sure as there's a few names in the mix.
Bike in good running condition is pretty important as we want to try to avoid as many mechanicals as possible. It's a bit open and bleak in places so not great to be hanging around for long periods if it can be helped/prempted.

Excel where do you currently reside? Where do you normally ride. Full face may be okay for a couple of bits but overkill for most and you may over heat on the many miles of steepish climbs. i know .. i have full face only for enduro/jumping because my head loves ground  dont worry i take normal halemt  |

I am now out unfortunately as Saturday cover at work has ducked and I am 1st reserve. I will be up at 04.30 for all the wrong reasons. Have a good one and see you on the next one.

Cheers has have got the grading system thanks or at least my legs and lungs have! Would look forward to another peaks ride soon. I don't really have to work many weekends so I can't complain too much and the guy has been working while not fit so it's just o e of those things. Last job I workedevery weekend even if it was at home so all things are relative.

That's a shame Mike, well have to catch up locally soon. I've got to work next weekend which is a shock to the system as I don't even work a full mid week at the moment.
Just had 12 hours behind the wheel today with a drive into London and back, used to be regular but I haven't had to do it much recently and I feel like I've been hot by a bus. My hamstrings have tightened up and my backs in agony, I would ask the mrs to walk up and down my back but I thinks that's reserved for Sunday.
Early night and hope I loosen up over night.
