All the little bunnies back home safe, no injury and no mechanicals. Sun shone and the gods of MTB looked down on us all day, especially when john kept making last minute junction changes on the motorway. I made lots of new lorry driver friends tooting there horns, flashing their lights and waving at me with a closed fist cos I was closest in the back seat. I had to check k with john what his job was as they all seemed to think he worked in banking.

I left my phone and camera and used Gazs phone but he's probably not got wifi to upload them until next week.
Mike took a few as well.
Telegraph descent was the best, rangers was good at the start and end, the steep switch backed were a bit mental in places.

Here's a few of the pictures I took Bottom Middle Top of the steepest bit! Top (or as far as I went) Summit This was more of a mental challenge for me as I'm shit scared of heights .I didn't make it quite to the top but I made it further that I though I was going to! The weather was better than we expected good and we had a cracking day out on the bikes. Cheers to John and Mike for their company & John for driving Helvellyn is the next challenge!

Good pics Gaz I didn't know you was such an expert.
If you've uploaded all of the ones I did from the summit to photobucket could you drop a link to the album on here. You can also do a link to the story to save copying and pasting each one.
Looks like we definitely picked the best time to go, next weeks looking a bit bleak, doubt you would finish the ride in 21c sunshine like we did.
