Just been looking at some of the results for this years beast.best time for short course 2 hours 35,last man came in at 8 hrs 06 long course 3 hrs 20 and 8hrs 37. |

I did the short (41miles) in 4:40, it wasn't that bad to be honest but don't think I'd do it 1x10 style, there's some road sections where you can get some good speed up!!! |
