Gaz just let me know about this. Get well soon mate, sounds a shocker. If there's anything I can do, the littlest thing let me know. My main power comes on the railway rather than anything useful, but even if it's getting away to London for a night on store better let me know. Chin-up mate.

I'm in Gaz, just have to wait until new year to be certain I can do it with work and all.

How much would it cost to put a tow bar on my car and buy a rack?

Gutted. Having a massive tattoo on the Friday. Doubt I'll be up for it. Went to long mynd glamping a few weeks back. Worth looking on m.groupon.co.uk/deals/ga-shropshire-camping-pods-2 These are right next to bike centre, pub, and 2 miles from trails.

A few of you have seen my heavily upgraded Whyte 901. Today I picked up a big bargain off eBay with a Giant Anthem X4, with the idea harvesting some parts off it for me and the Mrs and flogging the rest. I've got it and it's an absolute beauty. Now I'm considering building it up as an uber lightweight 100mm trail bike.
What would you do? Help!

All the Halfords bikes are pretty decent I reckon. I've ridden a Voodoo Hoodoo and it was superb.

Was a good ride, pity I ended up doing the red but I couldn't get my breath, I put it down to a big ride the day before but turns out I bust two ribs when I stacked it on the worlds end! Good fall that.

You spoke too soon Mr Toast. Storms hitting the west coast early Tuesday morning now. 50mph gusts by dinner time!

ha ha, to be honest I'm just going to get 661 I reckon. For once on STW it hasn't become a big arguement, some people have made some very good points about safety. Letting your partner know an time to contact etc.

I understand what you mean, but as you said earlier we play a dangerous game. From what the riders from Swinley on STW have said is the lad went down face first, my Mrs has seen this and she's adament I get a full face now for when I'm out alone and to be honest I think I'd feel a little better.

Saw this thread on STW too, really sad. I'm investing in a full face for when I ride alone on the back of this.
